Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below that amount. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details will be shared with you. You can also review your orders any time under Profile → Orders.
