Return & Refund

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn. Any such exclusions will be noted on the product page.

Email support@theravagestore.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
